⭐ About The Role
Location: New York City, hybrid, 2-3 days a week.
At Sailor, we believe we’re only as good as our team. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to work closely with our founders to attract the very best talent. You will own the systems, processes, and relationships that ensure we attract and onboard world-class talent to serve seniors with compassionate, high-quality care.
This will be our first talent team member, building the corporate recruiting function from the ground up alongside Sailor’s founders. You will scale this function and build our recruiting pipelines, lead sourcing and interviewing, and create the foundation for a best-in-class candidate experience.
