Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers with product or service questions, order issues, account management, and general support needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless follow-through.
Build positive relationships with customers by listening actively, understanding their needs, and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to de-escalate situations and find creative solutions.
Comfortable using customer service software, CRM platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot), and standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Genuine desire to help people, with the patience and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with care.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
