Content Creator / Videographer & Editor Full Time NEW

About The Role.

TMV is looking for a Content Creator who leads with strong conceptual foundation and pairs that with the ability to shoot and edit compelling short-form video. This role is ideal for someone who understands how visuals, and pacing work together to stop the scroll and tell a story.

You’ll be responsible for creating original content across social platforms—filming content, and editing videos that feel native, timely, and engaging.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of clients in CPG, automotive, banking, B2B, luxury and more.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, etc.)
• Shoot high-quality content using a phone or camera (lighting, framing, audio awareness)
• Edit videos with strong pacing, text overlays, music, and transitions
• Adapt content to different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and brand teams on campaigns and content ideas
• Stay current on social trends, formats, and platform best practices
• Manage multiple pieces of content from concept to final delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Proven experience creating social-first content
• Strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and audience engagement
• Comfortable shooting video content (self-shot or with others)
• Solid video editing skills 
• Understanding of social platforms and how content performs on each
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative

Nice to Have

• Experience building or managing a brand’s social presence
• On-camera confidence or experience directing talent
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills
• Photography or graphic design experience
• Adobe Suite knowledge: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
• Knowledge of analytics and performance optimization
