2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant (Founder Support) serves as a critical operational link between the founders and competing demands on their time. This role is essential for protecting executive focus by managing schedules, communications, and logistics with precision. The position requires proactive decision-making and executive-level communication to streamline leadership workflows and ensure nothing is overlooked. It is a high-impact role centered on enabling the founders to concentrate on strategic priorities without distractions.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage both executive calendars proactively, resolving conflicts before they arise
• Triage, prioritize, and respond to high-volume inboxes with precision
• Coordinate complex, multi-leg travel arrangements for multiple executives
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing packets, and track action items to completion
• Draft and send communications on behalf of leadership to investors and stakeholders
• Ensure cross-functional tasks and projects follow through without lapses
• Maintain systems and tools including Google Workspace, CRM, and task platforms
4. Requirements:
• 5+ years supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
• Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
• Proven experience managing complex travel logistics
• Exceptional executive-level written communication skills
• U.S.-based, preferably Pacific or Central time zone
• Compensation requirements aligned with $85,000–$95,000 base
Strong differentiators:
• Background in real estate, multifamily, or private equity
• Experience with EOS (L10 meetings, rocks, scorecards)
• Active user of AI tools to enhance productivity
• Prior experience as Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Business Partner, or Founder Support
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000
