Role Description

Qwikkit is seeking a Human Resources Contractor for a full-time remote role. This position is responsible for performing HR operational tasks, managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Key duties include assisting with HR strategy, administering HR systems, onboarding new hires, and offering support for employee-related matters.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR management
• Familiarity with creating and implementing HR policies and employee benefits administration
• Experience with personnel management and employee relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
