Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Regional General Manager role at Panem Project. The Regional General Manager will oversee operational and financial activities across assigned regions, manage regional teams, develop and implement growth strategies, and ensure alignment with the organization’s mission. The individual will also identify partnership opportunities, foster relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and objectives. Regular reporting and goal setting will be an essential part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management, Regional Leadership, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Proven ability in Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships Development
• Adaptability to remote work and effective time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven work is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
