Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational processes, manage logistics, coordinate with suppliers and clients, and ensure smooth operational workflows. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing processes, and supporting team management to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supervisory Skills and Operations Management
• Strong background in Operations and understanding supply chain processes
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in logistics planning, compliance with trade regulations, and documentation
• Ability to lead and manage teams in remote environments
• Familiarity with the global trade and procurement processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
