Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Manager at our Harrisburg, PA location. The Creative Manager will lead creative direction and strategy for projects, oversee branding initiatives, and manage various creative processes from concept to completion. Responsibilities include supervising graphic design, coordinating project timelines and resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work aligned with client needs. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to execute and bring innovative ideas to life is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Proficiency in Branding and Graphic Design
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning and executing projects within strict timelines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire creative teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Proficiency in design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the printing, marketing, or media industry is a plus
