Position Summary
Inogen is seeking a Senior Director of Downstream Marketing to lead global, omnichannel commercialization efforts for its portable oxygen and respiratory therapy portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a market leading downstream marketing plan across consumer, healthcare professional (HCP), and channel partner audiences, driving demand, adoption, and brand awareness and leadership worldwide.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned medtech marketing leader with a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams [of 10+ marketers], leading in a regulated global environment, and successfully balancing consumer marketing excellence with HCP trusted partnerships. This role requires strategic rigor, operational excellence, hands-on leadership and a strong ability to collaborate across the organization.

Inogen assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between$192,000.00 and $240,000.00 annually. However,actualbase salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basisand will be based on non-discriminatory factors, includingas toindividual skills, education,experience and market location.
