Executive Virtual Assistant – Remote! Full Time NEW

Hey hey! We’re looking for a highly skilled Executive Virtual Assistant to provide senior-level support to C-suite leaders, founders, and high-performing entrepreneurs. This role requires a blend of executive presence, operational excellence, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex executive calendars with proactive conflict resolution and strategic prioritization
• Protect executive time by filtering requests, triaging communications, and ensuring daily alignment
• Prepare leaders for meetings through agendas and follow-up tracking
• Handle email and inbox management, including drafting responses and managing workflow
• Serve as a professional liaison between executives and internal/external partners
• Support leadership meetings, board prep, and cross-functional coordination
• Document processes and create efficiencies within the executive’s workflow
• Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries aligned with business goals
• Manage reservations, logistics, changes, and expense tracking with accuracy
• Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential information

Contract- up to 40 hours/wk

100% remote- always!

Flexible schedule- but you’ll need consistent availability during standard U.S. business hours

Rate: $20/hr

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leaders (remote or in-person)
• Strong decision-making abilities with a proactive, anticipatory work style
• Exceptional communication skills with impeccable grammar and professional presence
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under shifting deadlines
• A trustworthy, approachable partner whom executives enjoy working with
