Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire
exceptional talent that fuels Joveo’s growth. You will own full-cycle
recruiting — from sourcing and pipeline building to offer negotiation
— ensuring every hire reflects our commitment to quality and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles across technical and non-technical functions
– Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and referral programs
– Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
– Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience end-to-end
– Negotiate and extend offers in alignment with compensation frameworks
– Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health and time-to-fill
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company
– Strong sourcing skills — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outbound strategies
– Excellent candidate communication and relationship-building skills
– Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, data, product) is a strong advantage
– Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
– Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse pipeline building
