Our team is focused on building brands and securing high-impact partnerships. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant to support both the Senior Talent Manager and the Campaign Manager.

Position Overview: As the Assistant to the Creators team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of high-profile clients and campaigns. You will assist with talent relations, content coordination, and campaign execution, providing support in managing logistics and communications. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to both talent management and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling, and communications.
• Assist the team in coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, and organizing campaign materials.
• Support with the creation of pitch materials, including decks, media kits, newsletters, and packages for clients and brand partnerships.
• Handle communications between talent, brands, PR agencies, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Coordinate travel, appearances, and events for talent, ensuring logistics are seamless.
• Monitor and report on social media trends and talent engagement to help optimize campaign strategies.
• Help with contract drafting, reviewing, and ensuring deadlines are met for talent deliverables.
• Assist with researching and identifying new opportunities for talent collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, organizational tasks, and maintaining confidential information.
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication, ensuring clear and timely interactions with clients, team members, and external parties.
• Excellent Clerical Skills, including document preparation, record-keeping, and data management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the entertainment, influencer, or digital marketing industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in standard office software and tools.

Bonus Skills:

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Experience working with Mailchimp for email campaigns.
