On Deck Sports is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Operations team in Randolph, MA. As an Operations Coordinator you will be an integral part of ensuring the day to day operations of the company run smooth and correctly according to set processes and procedures. This is an entry level position with advancement opportunities
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Creation of pick tickets/work orders for our netting production team
- Update and maintain netting production schedule
- Reconciliation of netting roll records to ERP system
- Report out daily/weekly production metrics
- Assist with weekly freight audit
- Ad-hoc requests
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills, strong organization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Consistently follow process and procedures
- Analytical approach to tasks
The preferred candidate is expected to work full-time in our Randolph, MA office.
