Lacy Construction is accepting applications for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position requires potential candidates to:
-Have experience with(or be willing to learn) QuickBooks, Filing Organization, and Microsoft Office.
-Maintain office services by organizing day-to-day operations and procedures
-Coordinate and communicate with vendors and engineers for the submission of specifications for ongoing projects.
-Process payroll for all employees on a weekly basis.
-Procure various financial reports for company accountant.
-Previous experience in a construction related field is highly preferred.
