Position Overview

LYVE Studios is seeking a Live Partnerships Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our brand client portfolio. This role is central to how we deliver for our clients — responsible for onboarding incoming brands, managing campaign launches, and ensuring the day-to-day coordination of live programming runs at the highest level. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our West Los Angeles studio.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Onboarding & Campaign Launch

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new brand clients, serving as the primary point of contact from contract execution through first live activation
• Develop and manage launch timelines, ensuring internal teams and brand partners are aligned at every stage
• Coordinate all pre-launch logistics including product intake, host briefings, moderator assignments, and content strategy
• Build and maintain onboarding documentation, campaign briefs, and operational runbooks for each client

Project Management & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day deliverables and deadlines across multiple active client campaigns, special events, and product launches
• Facilitate weekly team meetings including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item assignment
• Maintain accurate records of client feedback, campaign milestones, and internal communications

Client & Creator Relations

• Serve as a consistent and professional point of contact for brand clients throughout the duration of their campaign
• Manage all coordination with guest hosts and creator talent — including contracts, logistics, content direction, and promotional asset delivery
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and day-of production communications

On-Site Production Support

• Be present in-studio during live productions to support hosts, moderators, and brand partners
• Manage product inventory to ensure availability and accuracy across all live shows and events

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, account management, or client-facing coordination, preferably within a production, e-commerce, or agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach
• Clear and professional communicator, comfortable engaging with brand stakeholders and internal leadership alike
• Self-directed with a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or the live commerce landscape is strongly preferred
• Experience with consumer brands in beauty, food & beverage, or lifestyle is a plus

Compensation

$65,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site at LYVE Studios’ West Los Angeles location. Candidates must be based in the greater Los Angeles area. Scheduling is aligned with live programming and will include evenings and weekends as required.
