Private Ambassador Assistant – New York City Full Time NEW

As a Private Ambassador Assistant, you will serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, helping to deliver an exceptional and personalized experience for our clients. In this role, you will support our Private Ambassador in cultivating and maintaining meaningful relationships, ensuring each interaction reflects the Maison’s standards.

You will proactively manage client follow-up and day-to-day support needs, ensuring all client requests, and service moments are handled in a timely, seamless, and thoughtful manner. Acting with discretion, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency, you will help anticipate client needs and execute on priorities as directed by the Private Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every Private Ambassador’s clients and provide the highest level of client experience in alignment with Louis Vuitton standards.
• Perform all administrative and operational tasks in support of the Private Ambassador to ensure they remain organized and supported at all times.
• Support product curation based on client needs, preferences, and appointment goals.
• Manage and audit reservations, consignments, and product transfers to ensure accuracy and seamless execution.
• Create and prepare for appointments, including pulling product, organizing displays, and setting up the appointment space.
• Manage client capture and maintain accurate, up-to-date client information, including securing current payment details where appropriate.
• Process sales transactions and support ringing of sales in an efficient and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain client communications, outreach, and appointment coordination.
• Assist with appointments alongside the Private Ambassador, ensuring an elevated and seamless client experience.
• Process client sales in the absence of the Private Ambassador, ensuring continuity and consistency in service.
• Partner as a true team player, contributing to all activities that support the overall objectives and success of the Private Ambassador.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate with the range of USD $27.00-$34.00 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
