Role Description
Hudson is seeking a full-time North American Retail Vice President for China Durable Appliance client to find proper candidate to lead and drive business growth across its retail operations. This hybrid role is home-based in USA, with flexibility for travel in Canada. The role involves overseeing profit and loss (P&L) management, developing and implementing strategic plans, optimizing retail operations, and driving business performance. The Vice President will lead key financial and sales initiatives, manage budgets, and spearhead retail strategies to achieve organizational goals. It is preferred if candidate has good resources or experience cooperating with Costco, Walmart, Best Buy etc. retailers.
Interview process will be around 3-4 rounds with HR Director, Co-founder & CEO via video meeting mostly.
