COMMERCIAL STRATEGY ANALYST
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Commercial Strategy Analyst to support the Commercial Strategy & Business Development function across the Americas. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Business Development, this role will partner closely with Commercial Strategy leadership, Sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to support commercial planning, performance analysis, business development initiatives, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and skilled at translating insights into clear reporting and presentations that support business growth and performance.

Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, commercial planning, merchandising, retail, luxury goods, consumer products, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data manipulation, reporting, and analytical functions. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to build polished, organized, and executive-level presentations. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems, or similar reporting platforms preferred. Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and leadership teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Interest in fashion, luxury, retail, eyewear, or consumer goods preferred.
