What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and claims
• Process forms and enter data related to benefits management in a timely manner
• Research and respond to claims-related questions
• Log and tag calls to support excellent customer care and internal communication
• Maintain high-quality work that promotes the company’s core values

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
• Knowledge of benefits management (CDH and COBRA) is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based products

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience using a CRM system, especially the Alegeus system
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict professionally
• Internally motivated with a desire for personal and professional growth
• Above-average analytical and problem-solving skills
