Full Time Accountant Full Time NEW

We are hiring a Full-Time Accountant to join our team and support our financial and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, monitoring payments and receivables, and ensuring that all accounting procedures are properly followed.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. They should also be comfortable working with accounting software, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting management with financial information when needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and summaries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and collections.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Support year-end closing, audits, and tax-related documentation.

Requirement: – Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar finance role. – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. – Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. – Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. – Ability to prepare reports, reconciliations, and financial statements. – Strong attention to detail and accuracy. – Good organizational and time-management skills. – Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally. – Strong communication and problem-solving skills. – Previous experience in a software, retail, restaurant, or POS-related business is a plus.
