About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Redwood Family Care Network plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s talent pipeline by managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Qualifications
Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources, with a preference for those who have prior recruiting or sourcing experience, particularly within home care or similar service sectors. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with social media and job boards for sourcing candidates. A solid understanding of personnel recruitment principles, labor laws, and onboarding procedures is required. The ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency, multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality is crucial. Candidates should have a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute, along with critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and registration are necessary if driving is required for the role. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in HR being advantageous.
