COMPANY DRIVER POLICY

PAY

• 70¢ per mile (loaded & empty miles)
• 4,000 miles/week guaranteed or we pay the difference
• Weekly direct deposit

BONUSES

• $1,000 Driver Referral Bonus
• Level 1 Inspection Bonus: $400
• Level 2 Inspection Bonus: $300
• Level 3 Inspection Bonus: $200

SCHEDULE

• Minimum 4 weeks on the road
• Maximum 4 days home time after each rotation

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience
• Clean driving record
• $2,500 deposit ($500/week × 5), refunded after 45 days.
• Weekly PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection) video required
• Must use Samsara dual-facing dash camera

PENALTIES

• $250 per violation point
• $500 unreported late pickup/delivery (refundable after 6 clean weeks)

Pay: $2,500.00 – $4,200.00 per week
