The Vice President of Business Operations serves as one of the core leaders within the company’s business operations and management framework. This role holds comprehensive responsibility for managing business operations, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and enhancing operational efficiency. By establishing systematic business operations mechanisms, the incumbent drives the implementation of corporate strategy, facilitates business growth, and optimizes operations, thereby ensuring that all business segments collaborate efficiently and achieve their operational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
**I. Business Operations Strategy and Planning**
* Formulate business operations strategies and annual operational plans aligned with the company’s overall corporate strategy;
* Drive the implementation and execution of corporate strategic objectives across all business departments;
* Assist the executive leadership team in optimizing business structures and operational models;
* Identify opportunities for business growth and drive business development initiatives.
**II. Business Operations Management and Execution**
* Oversee and coordinate the operational management of the company’s core business segments;
* Establish standardized business operations processes and management systems;
* Drive improvements in business execution efficiency and operational optimization;
* Ensure that all business departments achieve their established operational targets.
**III. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Integration**
* Coordinate resources across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance;
* Foster cross-departmental business collaboration and information sharing;
* Identify and resolve critical issues and bottlenecks within business operations;
* Enhance the overall operational efficiency of the organization.
**IV. Operational Analysis and Decision Support**
* Establish a comprehensive data analytics framework for business operations;
* Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., revenue, costs, profit margins);
* Provide business analysis and operational insights to support executive-level decision-making;
* Periodically report on operational performance and business status to the CEO or the executive leadership team.

* Drive the pursuit of new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives;
* Optimize the business model and revenue structure;
* Support product commercialization and market promotion efforts;

* Establish KPIs for business operations and implement performance management mechanisms;

**Qualifications**
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
* An MBA or relevant management training is preferred. **Work Experience**
20 years of experience in business operations or corporate management;
At least 15 years of experience in senior-level operations management;
Experience managing operations within large-scale enterprises or rapidly growing companies;
Experience driving business growth initiatives or operational optimization projects.
