Job Overview
The Vice President, Project Management will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing ReachOS’s global project, program, and delivery management functions.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, product development programs, and cross-functional delivery efforts—ensuring alignment with ReachOS’s blockchain technology roadmap and business objectives.
The VP of Project Management will play a critical role in driving execution excellence, improving delivery speed and quality, and ensuring complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and at scale.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology program management, blockchain or fintech environments, and has a proven ability to lead global teams, manage complex product ecosystems, and deliver high-impact outcomes in fast-evolving markets.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
Lead and oversee ReachOS’s global project and program management function across all product, platform, and strategic initiatives.
Establish standardized project management frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid), and governance models.
Ensure alignment of project execution with corporate strategy, product roadmaps, and technology priorities.
Drive delivery excellence across blockchain platform development, integrations, and ecosystem initiatives.
Strategic Execution & Delivery Management
Translate strategic objectives into executable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Manage dependencies across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and performance standards.
Product Development & Technology Coordination
Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to support development of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
Align program management processes with product lifecycle, release cycles, and technical milestones.
Facilitate cross-team coordination to accelerate product delivery and reduce bottlenecks.
Support scalability of development processes across global teams.
Governance, Risk & Operational Oversight
Establish governance frameworks for project prioritization, resource allocation, and execution oversight.
Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery timelines, technical complexity, and cross-border coordination.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and strategic alignment.
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and workflows.
Implement project management systems, dashboards, and automation tools.
Optimize resource utilization, team productivity, and delivery efficiency.
Establish best practices for scaling project execution in a high-growth blockchain environment.
Data-Driven Performance & Reporting
Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for project delivery and program success.
Develop reporting frameworks linking execution performance to business outcomes.
Use data insights to improve planning accuracy, delivery timelines, and execution quality.
Support leadership decision-making through structured reporting and analysis.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global project management organization.
Foster collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and executive teams.
Develop internal capabilities in program management, agile delivery, and execution leadership.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and execution excellence.
Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, technology delivery, or operational leadership within blockchain, fintech, or technology companies.
Proven success managing large-scale, complex technology programs and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, decentralized systems, or digital asset platforms preferred.
Experience implementing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies at scale.
Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership and global teams in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, and execution skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
