Cleaning Team Leader Position
We are currently looking for a Cleaning Team Leader.
Location:Orlando, FL 32819 (International Drive)
Schedule
- Full-time
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Includes one weekend day
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure daily tasks are completed
- Ensure quality control standards are met through regular inspections
- Provide ongoing training to cleaning employees
- Understand contract requirements related to the position
- Maintain supplies and equipment following established procedures
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with cleaning duties such as restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, sweeping, glass cleaning, and restocking supplies
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning and maintenance experience
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Ser puntual, responsable y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en limpieza comercial o mantenimiento
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en supervisión
- Licencia de conducir válida
- Bilingüe (inglés y español)
- Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
