Why this role exists
This role exists to support Maddie. She already writes, edits, and makes the content that’s built an audience of millions and pulls millions of views a week. She’s great at it. But there’s only one of her, and we want to make more and make it bigger. That’s where you come in: to take work off her plate, raise the bar on everything we put out, and help turn the audience she’s already built into something even larger.
A bit about us
Studio Era is the world Madelaine Rascan built around training and nutrition for women. Burn fat, build muscle, no diet BS, all from home. Behind the content is a small, fast team that’s genuinely obsessed with quality, and a community of thousands of women who train with Maddie every day and actually get results. The work matters here. People’s lives change because of what we make.

What you’ll actually do
Own the content that already goes viral, and make every frame sharper. Help us keep building YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, with the strategy and storytelling to match our reach. You’ll find the gaps, pitch the concepts, direct the videos, and cut them yourself. Work closely with Maddie to turn her vision into content that performs, so she can focus on what only she can do.
This is hands-on work. You’ll be in the timeline. You’ll also be in the room deciding what we make and why.
Who this is for
You’re an exceptional editor who also thinks like a creative director. You have taste, and you can prove it. You understand short-form and the platforms it lives on, not just cinematic polish. You can tell a story in long-form and hold attention across a whole video.
You live inside these platforms. You understand how each one works, what’s hitting right now, and what’s on its way out, because they never stop shifting and neither do you. You watch a video that blew up and instinctively break down why.
Most of all, you get Maddie. You’d take the time to understand her, her voice, and what makes her content hers, so that everything you make still feels authentically her, just bigger and better. You move fast, you own your outcomes, and you don’t need a brief for every cut.
Who this isn’t for
If you need hand-holding, detailed briefs, and three rounds of approval to feel safe, this won’t be the right fit. If you see editing as button-pushing rather than storytelling, this isn’t your seat. We move fast and we hold a high bar, because the audience on the other end deserves it.
The offer
Fully remote. Pay runs USD 50,000 to 90,000 depending on experience and location. And the best part: an audience most editors will never get to touch, working side by side with Maddie.
