This role is based in the Atlanta area and offers a seat at the leadership table to drive efficiency from the warehouse floor to the executive suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Align IT roadmaps with corporate goals, collaborating directly with ownership to drive growth.
• Team Development: Lead the full talent lifecycle for the IT department, from recruitment to performance mentoring.
• Infrastructure & Security: Oversee physical, virtual, and cloud systems. Manage patch protocols, data intrusion systems, and disaster recovery.
• Innovation: Identify and deploy emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI solutions to optimize distribution workflows.
• Financial Oversight: Own the departmental budget, including hardware/software procurement and vendor ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership with a proven track record in people management.
• Industry Context: Previous experience in the beverage distribution industry within the last 5 years is essential.
• Technical Depth: Strong background in Windows System Administration (Exchange/O365) and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSH, LDAP).
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to regional sites as needed.
