Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Cutter to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for precisely cutting and shaping concrete structures to specifications, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools such as concrete saws, grinders, and cutting machines to accurately cut concrete, rebar, and masonry materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine cutting lines and measurements
• Measure, mark, and set up cut lines on concrete surfaces with precision for demolition or new installation
• Assist in rebar installation, concrete forming, and other related tasks to support project workflows
• Use heavy equipment operation skills when necessary for large-scale cutting or demolition projects
• Collaborate with team members including carpenters, masons, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on concrete cutting or related trades
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material handling procedures
• Familiarity with rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry work, and renovation techniques
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transportation of equipment or materials
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance
