Indian River Laundromat is opening soon and is seeking friendly, dependable Laundromat Attendants to join our team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art laundry facility in Indian River, Michigan.

Located at Indian River, Michiganour modern laundromat will offer both self-service laundry and full-service wash-and-fold services to customers throughout Northern Michigan.

About Indian River Laundromat

Indian River Laundromat is a newly developed facility featuring modern equipment, multiple payment options, and a customer-focused environment designed to provide a clean, convenient, and reliable laundry experience.

Services will include:

• Self-service washers and dryers
• Coin and credit card payment options
• Full-service wash, dry, and fold laundry service
• Modern equipment and technology
• Clean, safe, and welcoming customer areas

Responsibilities

Laundromat Attendants will help ensure customers enjoy a clean, convenient, and welcoming experience by:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Accepting and processing wash-and-fold orders
• Washing, drying, folding, and preparing laundry for customer pickup
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility
• Cleaning customer areas, washers, dryers, and workspaces
• Monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance concerns
• Supporting daily operations and customer needs
• Opening or closing the facility as assigned

Qualifications

Successful candidates will be:

• Dependable and punctual
• Friendly and customer-service oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to perform light cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Able to stand, walk, lift laundry items, and perform routine physical tasks throughout a shift

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, housekeeping, laundry services, or facility operations is helpful but not required.
