Experienced Roofing Repair Technician
Roofer Chicks® is looking for an experienced roofing repair professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently in the field. We are seeking a skilled repair technician with experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of roofing systems. The ideal candidate can identify the source of a leak, determine the correct repair, communicate clearly, and complete high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
* Perform residential and commercial roof repairs
* Diagnose roof leaks and identify root causes
* Repair and replace damaged shingles, flashing, and roofing components
* Perform basic carpentry related to roof repairs, including decking, fascia, soffit, and framing repairs
* Install and repair roof penetrations, flashings, pipe boots, and ventilation components
* Complete repairs safely and professionally while maintaining a clean job site
* Document work performed with photos and notes
Preferred Experience
* Asphalt shingle roofing (required)
* Metal roofing systems
* Tile roofing systems
* Low-slope and flat roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, etc.)
* Leak detection and troubleshooting
* Basic carpentry and framing repairs
* Working with ladders, steep roofs, and varying roof types

* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

* Ability to safely lift and carry roofing materials and equipment

Employment Options
We are open to either:* W-2 employment, or* 1099 subcontractor arrangements
The position structure will depend on the experience, qualifications, and circumstances of the candidate.
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
