We are growing and looking for experienced, well-rounded tradespeople who enjoy variety in their work and take pride in delivering quality results.

Our technicians handle a wide range of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. We are not a production builder or a large remodeling company. We focus on smaller projects where craftsmanship, customer service, and problem-solving matter.

TYPICAL PROJECTS INCLUDE:

• Drywall repairs and patching
• Interior painting
• Trim installation and repairs
• Door installation and adjustments
• Cabinet and hardware installation
• Deck and fence repairs
• Light carpentry
• Light plumbing fixture replacement
• Light electrical fixture replacement
• Home inspection punch-list items
• General residential repairs and maintenance

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:

• Have strong residential construction experience
• Can work independently and make sound decisions
• Take pride in clean, professional workmanship
• Communicate well with customers
• Show up on time and follow through
• Enjoy solving a variety of repair and maintenance challenges

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of residential construction, remodeling, maintenance, or repair experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
