Duties

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages with precision and care

• Load and unload shipments using forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods

• Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately labeling, filing, and organizing packages for delivery or pickup

• Maintain organized filing systems for correspondence, shipping records, and inventory documentation

• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying contents against shipping manifests

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely to move heavy items efficiently

• Support warehouse distribution activities by ensuring timely processing of all materials

Experience

• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is highly desirable

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Basic filing skills for maintaining accurate records of shipments and correspondence
