We’re hiring AT&T Retail Sales Associates to represent one of the nation’s leading telecommunications brands inside major retail stores. This is a customer-facing sales position where you’ll educate shoppers about AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions while helping them select products and services that fit their needs.
This is not door-to-door sales or cold calling. You’ll work inside established retail locations engaging with customers already shopping in-store.
Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T inside assigned retail locations
- Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Educate customers on wireless, internet, and connected device solutions
- Recommend products and service plans based on customer needs
- Complete new account activations, upgrades, and sales transactions
- Stay informed on current promotions and product offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time W2 Employment
- Weekly Base Pay: $750-$950 DOE

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- One weekend day required
- Retail scheduling based on store hours
Pay: $750.00 – $950.00 per week
