Job Title: Detailer / Deburring Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Detailer / Deburring Technician with 2-3 years of experience working with machined parts. The ideal candidate will have experience deburring, polishing, and detailing precision components made from aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic materials.

Responsibilities:

• Deburr and detail machined parts to customer and quality specifications
• Polish and finish aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic components
• Use hand tools, air tools, grinders, files, and polishing equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect parts for sharp edges, surface defects, and cosmetic quality
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with machinists and quality control to ensure finished part quality

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in deburring, detailing, or polishing machined parts
• Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to use measuring tools and hand finishing equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with surface finish requirements and cosmetic standards
