Immediate Opening: Customer Service Scheduler – Electrical Contracting Company
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Scheduler to join our fast‑paced electrical company. This role requires someone who is sharp, organized, and thrives in a busy environment.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Must have scheduling experience—this is essential
- Ability to pull permits for electrical jobs
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and tasks
- High‑energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and patience when dealing with customers and technicians
- Experience in the construction or electrical industry
- Must work well with a team but also be capable of working independently
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Must be comfortable with billing, data entry, and general office duties
- Basic clerical skills, punctuality, and dependability are a must
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
