Lewis Builders is looking for a Maintenance Technician for their apartments in Southern New Hampshire:
The Qualified candidate must be self-sufficient with excellent customer relations and organization skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pressure Washing, Painting, Light Landscaping Skills
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to lift 50 lbs above head
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
