CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Pay & Miles
- $0.62 – $0.66 CPM
- Limited time $2,500 sign-on!
- $250 orientation pay + $1,000 vacation pay
- Monthly safety bonus based on performance
- Bi-annual compensation reviews
- Unlimited referral incentives – earn $2,000 per hired driver.

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum age: 21
- 12 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years)
- Refrigerated experience
- Safe driving record
- Stable work history
