Patient Success Lead Full Time NEW

Our Patient Success Team exists to connect patients with the right clinical trial opportunities, identifying eligible candidates, building trust through clear and consistent communication, and supporting patients every step of the way to enrollment. We are looking for a Patient Success Lead who brings exceptional organizational rigor, clear communication, and a proactive approach to join this work alongside a collaborative, close-knit team.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct outreach to prospective patients to assess eligibility and guide them through the pre-enrollment process
• Collaborate with fellow Patient Success Coordinators and team leads to organize and coordinate outreach activity across the team
• Help maintain consistent workflows and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across shared patient populations
• Own operational relationships with assigned clinical sites serving as the primary point of contact for site coordinators on active studies
• Conduct regular check-ins with site teams to stay aligned on referral status, site capacity, and any blockers to enrollment
• Identify and surface relationship-building opportunities or concerns to Patient Success and Client Engagement leadership
• Own and maintain the patient referral tracker for assigned study sites, keeping it accurate and up-to-date as a reliable source of truth for the team
• Manage associated action items, tracking next steps and follow-up cadences for referred patients across active sites
• Proactively identify gaps or at-risk referrals and drive resolution before they impact enrollment timelines
• Collaborate with Client Engagement team to share updates from patients and sites, serving as the face of Leapcure Patient Success for target client relationships 
• Aggregate feedback from Patient Success Coordinators and share insights with digital recruitment team to drive strategic improvements 

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4+ years of experience in clinical trial coordination, patient outreach, healthcare operations, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of moving pieces without things slipping
• A natural collaborator – someone who works well with others and communicates openly
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable representing the team in site-facing interactions
• Experience owning a tracker, CRM, or project management tool at a meaningful level of complexity
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to have:

• Experience working directly with clinical sites, study coordinators, or PIs
• Familiarity with IRB-regulated research protocols or GCP guidelines
• Background in data/analytics or experience generating reports from outreach data
• Prior experience mentoring or informally supporting junior team members

Salary Range: US$71,000 / year
