• Competitive Pay- Drivers will start at $18 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours.
• Mostly Monday-Friday work
• Start times are available and vary between 2:00am to 1:00PM with set times and work an 8-10 hour shift

Requirements for Shag Drivers:

· CDL A is a must have

· No major driving violations

Our Successful Drivers Responsibilities:

• Safety must come first every day
• Be organized and work at a fast pace
• Great communication skills
• Must be able to operate both automatic trucks
• Will shuttle loads with a road tractor rather than a yard truck
• On time everyday
• Excellent attendance

Duties will include:

• Representing Western Ag Transport in the best and safest possible manner to our customers, our customer’s employees and vendors
• Pulling trucks through the plant several times for each load
• Scale empty trucks and then park them
• Ensure trucks and trailers are secured properly and road-worthy
• All company vehicles and equipment is kept clean
• Work with management to help incoming drivers with the necessary paperwork
• Always wear necessary safety equipment when at plant
