Position Summary
The Business Office Manager (BOM) responsible for overseeing the financial, administrative, and office operations of the assisted living community. This role ensures accurate billing, accounts management, payroll coordination, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance while supporting residents, resident families, and staff with administrative needs.
The BOM plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring transparency in billing, records, and financial practices.
