Mission
The Director of Safety & Compliance leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs across all Lynch Group operations. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while strengthening a proactive safety culture that protects our drivers, warehouse teams, facilities staff, and administrative team members.
Through collaboration with leadership and frontline team members, this role helps ensure our teams operate safely, our equipment is properly maintained, and our safety practices evolve as our business grows.
