What You Will Do
- Build and enhance autonomous AI agents using n8n and other automation tools to guide patients through personalized treatment journeys.
- Analyze product and clinical data to surface insights, scoping new features that improve patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design and execute A/B tests and rapid experiments to measure the efficacy of AI-driven initiatives and dose optimization models.
The ideal candidate
- Holds a degree in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Biology, or a similar life/behavioral science field, with a strong academic or clinical foundation.
- Demonstrates technical curiosity through hands-on experience with AI APIs, automation workflows, or low-code platforms like n8n.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex patient needs into functional, data-backed product features.
