The successful candidate will lead a business unit with full P&L responsibility. This executive will drive both top-line growth and bottom-line performance through a value-based operating strategy focused on profitable new business, cost discipline, and value-driven pricing. The President will operate within a decentralized structure, leading a cross-functional organization while maintaining close alignment with customers, markets, and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business with full accountability for P&L performance across all functions, including commercial, operations, engineering, and support functions.
• Drive profitable growth through new business development, value-based pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
• Establish and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, control costs, and expand margins.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while strengthening organizational capability and succession planning.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellence in delivery, quality, and service performance.
• Foster a decentralized, performance-driven culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
