As the Entry Level Manager, you’ll learn the ins and outs of our programs, assist local business owners and residents in enrolling in our services, and develop your skills in leadership, account management, outreach, and customer engagement. The Entry Level Manager position is an opportunity to be part of a performance-driven team while building a strong foundation in business development and leadership.

What You’ll Do as the Entry Level Manager:

• Engage with local communities to share information about our client programs and services
• Help customers understand available savings opportunities and enrollment benefits
• Manage customer accounts from initial contact through enrollment and ongoing support
• Participate in Entry Level Manager training sessions focused on communication, leadership development, and business strategy
• Track outreach results and provide daily updates to the management team
• Collaborate with other Entry Level Manager team members to improve leadership techniques, campaign strategies, and customer outreach effectiveness

Entry Level Manager Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role, customer service, sales, or customer relations preferred (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Interest in sustainability, renewable energy, or customer engagement.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally for community events and outreach efforts.
