Associate Agent Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. One of the primary roles will be to sell insurance policies and manage client relationships. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and a knack for negotiating solutions that best fit those needs. Base salary plus commission with PTO and paid holidays. Company match IRA.

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Analyze client information and assess their eligibility for various products and services.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting insurance products and services.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus.
• Experience in insurance sales or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
• Candidates will need to have or obtain their Property & Casualty Insurance License within 6 months.

Pay: $41,600.00 – $47,840.00 per year
