Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and project specifications
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system assembly
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge of plumbing, schematics, and building systems

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber in construction settings
• Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, and pipe threading techniques
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe fitting machinery
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and building codes
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work
• Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site travel or material transport purposes
• Additional handyman skills such as remodeling, maintenance work, or assembly are advantageous
