As the #1 Jeep dealer in South Carolina, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warranty Administrator to support our growing service department and ensure accurate and timely warranty claim processing.
Position Summary
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for preparing, submitting, tracking, and reconciling manufacturer warranty claims while ensuring compliance with Stellantis warranty policies and procedures. This position serves as a critical link between the service department, accounting office, technicians, and manufacturer representatives to maximize warranty reimbursement and minimize claim chargebacks.
The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of dealership service operations and warranty administration.
