Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, managing payroll taxes, handling garnishments, and ensuring compliance with payroll policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, working with payroll services, resolving payroll discrepancies, and verifying employee data for accurate compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance regulations
• Proficient in managing and processing Garnishments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credential or similar is a plus
