Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Strategy Officer, located in Miami, FL. The Chief Strategy Officer will lead the organization’s strategic planning efforts by developing, implementing, and evaluating long-term goals. Responsibilities include overseeing business planning, financial strategy, and establishing corporate objectives. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the executive management to align business operations with the company’s vision and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, performance evaluation, and decision-making
- Comprehensive understanding of Finance, including budgeting and financial forecasting
- Experience in Executive Management and leadership within complex organizations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and challenges is a plus
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational growth and achieving strategic goals
