Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in the Los Angels Area for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The selected individual will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing customer relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting training sessions, and managing the sales pipeline. Engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven abilities in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation and closing deals
• Capability to conduct Training sessions with clients and internal teams
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
